- Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi is the largest in the north of the country. It is 35 km from the city center, and the travel time to or from the city center is approximately 45 minutes (1hour in peak times) There have been many difficulties for travelers who call taxis’ for transferring from Noi Bai Airport to Hanoi. Guests are sometimes charged too highly, or taken to wrong hotels or destinations.
- When you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll see your name on our staffs’ hand signboard. Our drivers will wait for their passengers at the “Arrivals” area, where other drivers are also waiting with name boards. If you arrive at Noi bai Airport and do not see your name on a board, you or our driver, maybe waiting in the wrong lobby. Good car and safe driver
Third time I have used this company. The booking process is relatively simple (the payment link is a little strange but works!). Importantly the pick-up is smooth, on time and the drivers always pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Excellent customer service via online booking / email, friendly driver turned up on time, modern vehicle with seatbelts, good price and zero hassle.
Booked a car from the Old Quarters to Noi Bai Airport 2 days in advance. Booking and confirmation were seamless with very fast response via email. Driver called hotel reception half hour ahead to report that he was on his way. The MPV was clean, comfortable and more importantly, the driver drove safely.

Hello.
We need a four seater car for two people from Hanoi airport on Friday the 5th of September. We are arriving from Singapore on Silk Air flight number MI654 at 17:35. We would like to go to The Hilton Opera hotel.
Can we also book our return trip to Hanoi airport on Sunday the 7th September from the Hilton Opera hotel. The flight is Vietnam Airlines VN0169 and departs at 13:35 to Da Nang. Can you please advise us what time we need to be picked up from the hotel in time for that flight.
