HaLong Bay is located 160 km from Hanoi, this would take you about 2:15 hours in a private car to Halong city.

Shuttle Bus: It costs you approx. $15/ per person for 1 way. The 29 seat shuttle bus will pick you from your hotel, on its rounds of Hanoi picking up all customers and also transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi after the trip. May i know how much does it cost to transport us from hanoi to City Bay Palace Hotel, Hon Gai Port, Halong?
We used Hanoi Transfer Service for all of our transfers during our trip, including Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An. They were a pleasure to deal with at every step, they were always on time and their vehicles were clean, well maintained and well driven. Even when I thought I had left my Kindle in the vehicle they were very responsive and supportive.

Would like private car transportation from Ha Long Bay where our cruise ship docks (Celebrity Millennium) to our Hotel in Old Quarters of Hanoi on December 16 and return transportation from our hotel back to Ha Long Bay on Dec. 17. Transportation is for two individuals. What’s the Cost and travel time? Are there other transportation options available for our consideration. Thank you.

We visited the Ha Long Bay for a few days in May 2016, and our flights to Hanoi and from Hanoi changed several times about the time of arrival and departure. Nevertheless, the HTS company has provided a timely Hanoi airport pick up and delivery from the Ha Long Bay hotel to Hanoi airport.
