Located in the northeastern region of Vietnam, Ha Long Bay is a bay in the Gulf of Tonkin and has 1,969 islands rising from the waters, comprised of limestone and schist, this dense zone of stone islands form a magnificent view of immense peaks, grottoes and caves throughout the bay. The UNESCO rated bay is also a region filled with coral reefs and water-flooded forests housing thousands of species of plant and animal life.
ITINERARY
7h45-8h30: HOTEL PICK UP – LIMOUSINE
Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by the limousine transfer to Halong bay.
10h30-10h45: SHORT BREAK
The limousine stops on the way for a 20–25 minutes short break for you to stretch your legs, or have a quick snack.
11h30-11h45: WELCOME TO HERITAGE CRUISE
Our Crew welcome guests at Tuan Chau International Port & check-in on boat. Enjoy the welcome drink.
12h-13h15: LUNCH ON BOAT
Have lunch on boat. Enjoy a BUFFET lunch at a luxury restaurant on cruise with special seafood of Ha Long.
The cruise will passing the most beautiful spots in Ha Long Bay such as: Stone Dog, Stone Incense Burner & The Kissing Rocks…
13h30-14h15: VISITING THE SURPRISING CAVE
Tour guide will take you to visit Sung Sot cave – one the most beautiful & biggest caves of Ha Long Bay.
14h30-15h15: EXPLORE LUON CAVE
Discover the Luon cave by kayaking or sitting on bamboo boat rowing by local residents.
15h30-16h30: VISITING TITOV ISLAND
From the top of Titov island, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay with thousands of limestone. Swimming at Titov beach. Or enjoy the Jacuzzi on boat.
16h45: SUNSET PARTY
Attend a sunset party, complimentary variety of fruits, cakes, juices, tea. Enjoy the sunset while the cruise returns to Tuan Chau port.
17h45-18h00: DISEMBARK – LIMOUSINE
The Cruise back to harbor, get onto comfortable limousine back to Hanoi.
20h30-20h45: HOTEL DROP OFF
The limousine drops you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Group Tour:
Group tour means you join with other people on available daily tours. These tours have a fixed itinerary and departure time. It is possible to join in even if your group is only 1 or 2 people. Customer do not have to find other people to form a group. It is our company duty to gather the tourists for each tour. For these tours, you have to share the coach, boat and tour guide with other tourists who come from different nationalities. The number of people of this group is normally less than 16 persons.
Private tour:
Private tour means you do the tour privately. The tour is not fixed, it is possible to customize it for your group. All service is reserved for your group only. You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. One exception, if you stay on the boat in Halong bay – it is like the hotel in Halong – you still have to share the boat with other people.

I have booked transfer from the airport to the hotel in Hanoi, trip to Ha Long Bay and transfer from Ha Long Bay to Cat Bi airport and everything was really ok. Jolie was very responsive to my inquiry and always ready to help. We had a delayed flinght (2h)and managed to inform Jolie about this who was again kind and responsive. Really appreciate this. The trip to Ha Long Bay was also nice and both guides there were very kind and helpful. On top of this, after every transfer Jolie was asking whether everything was ok which I really appreciate. I would higly recommend them to organize your trip in Hanoi being it transfer to/from airport or a full tour to Ha Long Bay.
