good cruise

Indochina Sails was a great trip. The staff were friendly, helpful and were very accommodating even if they were unable to communicate in English with us. Every activity was arranged and organised brilliantly. Overall this trip felt like we were experiencing luxury and highly recommended for other individuals.

Airport and Halong Bay Transfer

We had 4 adults and 4 kids, booked 16 seater van which was just nice for 8 of us and 6 pieces of luggage. The driver who picked us from airport, to and fro Halong Bay wasn't too friendly but still drove safely. The driver who sent us to airport on the last day was nice and appreciative. Anna responded swiftly to my enquiries and request for her to settle an issue during the return leg from Halong Bay. Thank U Anna and HTS! :)

Hanoi Transfer service

I had excellent service with Hanoi Transfer Service. Ms. Lily took care of all the arrangements. The driver met met with a name tag at the terminal. They also picked me up at the hotel and delropped off at the airport. Everything was smooth. Communication was quick and easy over email. Highly recommend this service if you are visiting Hanoi.

Very good

Excellent ... good price. Polite. Excellent communication and updates. Professional. All you want in holiday. Top marks to Lily and the guys. Thx. Dunx
