Sapa, formally a French hill station, was built in the early years of the 19th century, is now one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Vietnam. Set high in the mountains of northwestern Vietnam, Sapa offers great trekking and a kaleidoscope of ethnic minority groups. This journey provides you with a glimpse of the local hill tribes and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sapa.
Day 1: Lao Cai – Sapa ( B,L,D)
The guide will meet you at the Lao Cai train station, and you will depart for Sa Pa by minibus. Arriving in Sapa, you check into your hotel, have breakfast and take a short rest.
After lunch, our guide accompanies you on a visit to the Black Hmong village of Cat Cat, and to a beautiful waterfall. You will have a chance to see the hydroelectric power station built by the French. Then it’s back to Sapa for dinner. In the evening, you are free to do as you wish. You can explore the town of Sapa.

Day 2: Sapa – Hanoi (B,L,D)
After breakfast, our guide takes you to villages populated by ethnic H’mong and Dao peoples, respectively called Lao Chai and Ta Van. You will have lunch with an ethnic minority family. Then its back to Lao Cai to catch a night train back to Ha Noi, arriving the early the next morning .
Day 3: Hanoi
On arrival back in Hanoi in the early morning (around 5am) you take a taxi to your hotel, where your tour ends.
